At WOA all staff and students belong to a Year Group.  Each tutor group will also belong to one of our four houses.

Each Year group has a team of tutors as well as a Head of Year and a non-teaching Pastoral Manager.

WOA House System

Developing a house system a WOA with provide students and staff with a sense of community, competition, and pride.  Students and staff will work alongside each other throughout the academic year.  Students and staff will gain a sense of community through events that will be held over the academic year.  Each student and staff member will represent a house.

We want our students to become self-motivators, take pride in their accomplishments, share their success and lead by example.

We will develop your leadership skills through the introduction of form representatives and house captains which will be decided through a house vote. 

Every student and member of staff belongs to one of our four houses. Each has its own distinct character and motto.
